The place is WELL BUILT, modern looking interiors with 9' ceilings, nice private decks with huge storage closets. All of the staff have been very nice and helpful from the first day I contacted them. There is no rent drop box, but EVERYONE knows to slide it under the cabana front door.
Some errands can be accomplished on foot, but for others you’ll need a car.
I also am thrilled that I am able to have my pit bulls live here with me. Everyone who has large dogs knows how difficult it is to find rental housing that allows them. There is pleanty of shopping, restaurants, bowling & a theater nearby.

I never have a problem with parking, as it is assigned and covered. The grounds are well maintained and nice to walk around in the early morning or evening. I was very nervous about moving into a apartment after living on a farm, but it was time for me to let all that go and minimize my life, as I was getting older. I am glad I made the change to Tustin. So close to everything in town and a beautiful view of the mountain.
